Find the right coaching plan for you
Coaching is as individual as the person who chooses it, so it's never a case of "one size fits all". Before booking onto a coaching plan, make sure you've completed an initial call. In this, we'll talk about your experience of ADHD, what support you might like to receive, and what coaching can offer. We can then put together a plan that works for you.

Whenever you're ready, we can then start our sessions. A one-off session can work well for people with a single specific issue to explore, but often we will decide on a programme of sessions to go more in-depth, or follow broader subjects that arise as we proceed. These usually fall weekly, but could be fortnightly, monthly or ad hoc, depending on what works best for you.
