I began Whatever Next after speaking to clients, colleagues, and other ADHDers about the gaps that were left once they realised they were ADHD. Most people described a similar moment: the relief of recognition, followed by a sense of "now what?"

A diagnosis or self-identification explained a lot, but it didn’t automatically show them how to live, work, plan, or be kinder to themselves in a world that still wasn’t built for their brains. One thing people returned to was how valuable it could be to have a space where they didn’t have to explain themselves, where people just get it.

Whatever Next is a small, supportive group workshop programme designed to meet people in that in-between space. It offers somewhere to make sense of their ADHD alongside others with similar experiences, to share what’s hard (and what’s working), and to try out ways of doing things that actually fit. Through structured weekly sessions, reflection, and shared discussion, the programme focuses on both practical tools and the emotional side of change, helping participants move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust, rather than another list of things they feel they should be doing better.

Whatever Next is for people who are getting to know their own ADHD, and want a supportive place to explore what that really means for them.
